    People people people,

I just have to say this somewhere.

I have just witnessed something remarkable.

I bought the plugin for cpanel the Varnish plugin, after some struggling I managed to install it on my vps. ( is actually very easy )

Ok then I went out and increased the time limit on it etc, but then disabled the plugin for some tests.

Found a site that did load testing to see how much traffic request your server can handle and at what speed it is serving the content to your visitors.

So I start the test and let it run on my domain. it goes up from 1 request up to about 50 request per second. also in the about 5 min it runs it downloads between 200 - 500 mb of data from your site.

My average time that my site served content for users went up as high as 18s per request. (THIS IS EVEN WITH THE CACHING PLUGIN ENABLED IN WORDPRESS) so I don't want to see the speed with that disabled too. lololol. mabe up to 30 s hahaha.

Anyway, I enabled the varnish plugin set the time to 5000 seconds to keep its cache.
    Started the test again.

what happened. you won't belief what happened!!! my site's Serving Time reduced from the 18s per request to 2.4s per request and it stayed there, even with about 60 requests per second.
in the middle of the test I went to my site, and opened it up browsed around and there was absolutely no speed decrees it was definitely faster for me. I have a map on my homepage with about 1600 pins on it
and it started like being very very fast. lol I don't know how to say this. My day's of a slow website is gone.

    UNBELIEVABLE.

Here you can see the blue and the green, this is the test results with the plugin enabled.

If someone needs help with setting something like this up on their vps please ask.
The plugin is not free, but unixy does provide a trail if you like to test.

I have read somewhere that you install the trail and backup some kind of config, then you just keep replacing this config file
or something then you use it for free, but I don't know about that, I just bought it, it is like $17 for 3 months so re-billed 17 every 3 months, don't think it
is that bad. anyway bed time for me. cheers guys.

This is what OP is talking about: https://www.varnish-cache.org/. It is free and open source. cPanel plugin might not be but if you are techie, you can set it up for free.
