A link from DA 92 and .EDU site will never hurt you.
It is already helping my website to rank many keywords just because it has backlink from .edu authority sites.
 
It will be spammed to hell now. Big G is much more cleverer than people assume and, just my opinion, I'd be looking at keeping a site with quality links rather than spammed ones for future proofing.
 
There are loads of websites that has massive number of comments even look at Google blogs. Such .EDU sites cannot be hammered anyways.
I already told many of my keywords are ranking on first page juts because of this only backlink.

Guys You like .EDU backlinks...go ahead and take yours.
 
Great share. But it's totally spammed. I can't tell what the difference will be in SERP, but anything below 20-30 links in comment is dangerous to me. (Personal thought though)
 
Anyone who wants a backlink from an article with 5,000 outgoing spam links needs to rethink their SEO strategy.

However, on a more positive note, that place is great for new niche ideas!
 
Yea eww gross thanks but no thanks lol maybe for low tier links that's about it at this point imo

It will.
It is unnatural when the page has 1000+ links on different languages. If your website has link on this page sooner or later you'll get in trouble.
