What images do you use for your blogs that need images.

Do you use;
  1. Your own pictures
  2. Stock Images with rights
  3. Stock images without rights
  4. Use other people's photos
  5. Pay someone for photos

Was going through Flippa and noticed a food blog which sold for $1000+ was just using stock images which I've seen on other sites before. I know images for these types of blogs can make it or break it.

I use Creative Commons images that have modification and commercial use rights

For infographics, I come up with my own original images
 
Step 1: take high resolution video
Step 2: zoom in
Step 3: take screenshot
(Step 4: put websitelogo in the corner)

Tadaa you have your own never before seen images.
 
Always use images that are deemed with rights but sometimes I will also create mine but still learning
 
I just search from google images, and if its there, I use it. I have NEVER taken a photo of my lawnmower, for my lawn mowers blog, lol
