I have a few websites, I want buy scrapebox, sliq submitter, and BMD for optimazion my website, but many people say "You must buy vps/dedicated server for run this is software" It's True ?

suggestion and feedback appreciated

if you use proxies and have a good pc , good internet connection etc you can use them from your own machine.

well, if you plan to use them all day long, a vps/dedicated is really mandatory.. If you plan just to make a blast now and then.. your home pc would be just fine

You don't have to, but it's economical. (bandwidth, electricity etc.) and convenient (remote access)
D.

I will use them all day long, but my connection 3mbps, and my RAM 8Gb

Scrapebox usually takes above 10 Mbps to 30 Mbps. So no don't use it on your own home connection. Not economical too

lol, usualy the home internet connection have unlimited bandwidth usage

That's about as unlimited as unlimited webhosting.

Send/Receive 200GB+ a day for a few months going and see whether or not your home ISP is going to get curious.

thats about right! You might not even be lucky enough to last couple of months.. ISPs usually advertise it as unlimited, but in the fineprint it says like - if you make over 100GB in 30 consecutive days we will limit your account to 5Mbits or something like that.. It is like that because the regular user wants to hear Unlimited, and he won't burn more than 30-40GB a month surfing the web..

You are right, nothing is unlimited in the world.

I personally use a VPS so that I don't tie up my machine. The VPS also has good bandwidth so my proxies and my submissions are much faster.
