I proved that the article that I'm giving for free for about 1 year an a half and that has been abused by thousands and thousands of people, posted every where is still being indexed today, post panda-update.
Read that post and you will see.
Concerning grammar errors we have a university teacher teaching rhetoric to US students check and fix the articles before broadcasting.
Just try it, you will know when you spin and read spun version of USA.

Got to say that I have used leading articles in the past, the minis at $17 per month extremely good value! Especially as I had them at discount price of $5 a month.
Perfect for AMR, which most people use them for.

If you are afraid of things backfiring do not get involved into SEO at all. As soon as you start building 1 single link that is not a natural one (not given to you genuinely by another webmaster) it can backfire.
That being said, it would not be because of the use of the USAs but rather because of the methods you would use to build your links. The spun articles resulting from the USAs are like any other good quality articles you would use. They are not garbage articles that do not make any sense.

And this is exactly how you create crap content and why people say that spinning doesn't work.
There are tons of these scripts already - Auto-generated content produces unreadable articles with tons of grammar errors that do not pass the panda algorithm quality filter.
Please do not hesitate to post an article generated by your script here (without any edit)

If you take the silver option you can choose your article from the entire inventory of 1,000+ USAs. If you take the platinum you get 1 article per day but you can't choose the topic - but that's going to change soon, I'm going to release phase 2 of the Marketplace hopefully this month and the current platinum option will not exist anymore.

I picked an article Sunday and just now got around to working with it. I added a new paragraph with my links and spun the titles a bit more and TBS showed it at 87% uniqueness.
I'm pretty happy with it and I think the article was well worth the $12 bucks considering the couple of hours I saved from time I would have spent spinning. I don't have a problem writing content, but legible spinning is definitely where the work burden is for me.
I'll be ordering more.

Thanks, but I'm surprised that you only got 87%. Usually TBS reports them as 99% unique.
Or maybe you didn't spin the paragraph you added yourself? Did you use the included MTUSPs to insert your link? They are highly spun generic paragraphs that allow you to insert your links automatically in just a few seconds (With Unspin-iT in the members area).

Not all automatic content-software is crap and you know it. I can get nearly 100% unique content with a click of a button based on ANY content and still get HIGH none-crap readable quality.
That said sometimes quality is important sometimes it's the worst option.
If I need quality for a larger WH site Vita's service is the shit for the price - if I just want to spin text for web 2 properties, CL, Twitter, etc automation is the option.

Use these every day, probably 9/10 times I alter the article a little to fit my needs that day... they index great, more so than I expected.
Using them in various blognetworks has really given me a SERPs boost...
the only problem is services like LinkPushing dont support them properly yet... somedays they work, others they dont.. so I assume it is a length issue and not double spins etc.
Work fine in SEnuke though... in fact we use them as an example in most of our tutorial videos since August this year.

I tried one of their (the ultra spinnable people I mean) free demo spun articles a while back, gave it a spin and pasted a good sentence from it in google with quotes around it and came up with 841 results. Is this just because it was their demo or can I expect all of their articles to be like that? Don't know but it wasn't a very impressive demo even though it was VERY VERY readable.
