There is an option to use proxies with AMR, but really is there a need to?

Never used proxies with AMR. My accounts never seem to get banned on the article directories. Most that accept articles want them.

I don't use AMR but a couple of things:
1) If you blast a lot to the same sites - especially low quality spammy links/articles - you want to use proxies. This is because maybe 1 in 10 articles to a particular site may get flagged and get your IP banned, having all associated on 1 IP will get ALL your past articles banned at once and keep you form posting new ones. Unfortunately this is especially true on the higher PR/more valuable sites as they tend to have more moderation.
2) If there is any kind of scraping to get your sitelists you want to use proxies, Google is hard to scrape in large amounts, especially over and over without proxies. If there is a built in scrape feature you will want to use it heavily to get fresh and big/high quality lists. The more you scrape the more you're going to need to use proxies for this

Basically wowhaxor is right. You should use proxy on every single tools you're using. It's cheap anyway

i dont use it but imake accounts for every site i have

Never used proxies with AMR and there is no need to. If you do a lot of blasts like I used to, then create a new account or two every week and carry on. If you keep using one account over and over, your approved submissions will start declining, this is pretty much normal.

I dont use VPN or Proxy because I think my account won't get ban from Article Directory :)

You should use proxies when posting many artciles in short periods of time

I do a lot of submissions per day, different accounts, so I need to use proxies, and I do
