After add backlink I use ping websites for google bots. Is this healthly ?

Ping doesnt help much. Tested. If you want your backlinks to be indexed faster, you should use indexers.

Google ping servers were shut down in 2018. Websites that offer free pinging are pinging to nothing.

I do not see any big harm in that but let's be clear that something should really be done with that matter anyway. I assume you want to index your links - do it in some other way anyway, can you please make it ?

WordPress automatically uses pingdom by default, you can see this if you go to Settings -> Writing and scroll down.
