You might check out reddit.com/r/youtubehaiku. Make short videos (under 30 seconds), post on that subreddit, and immediately blast them with upvotes (there are various sellers on BHW).

They tend to get a lot of viewers/attention + subscribers, when done correctly. Even if your real/"real" main videos that you want to promote are longer, you can use these as a hook to get people to start watching your channel / to get subscribers, who later start watching your longer/full content.

Reddit posts also flip to d0follow backlinks after they get 3-10 upvotes. Posts that get a ton of upvotes on Reddit tend to be pretty strong backlinks as well, since those pages get more power from Reddit's internal linking.
