I find many domains with powerful backlink profiles (wikipedia, .gov) but it seems that someone has used it for PBN or some chinese spam in the last year. Are the backlinks there still worth it or no?
I believe from what I have heard around BHW recently is that any domain that has been spammed before is not worth it as the backlink profile is not clean or high quality. I would personally ignore it, however lets see what others have to say about it.
But PBN... I'd look at backlinks, first and foremost. If the previous PBN owner didn't build many spam backlinks, i'd use this domain again with no hesitation.
Well I usually never take domains that were used for pbn in the past for a simple reason that if the buyer dropped it then it was probably deindexed and it will never index again.
