Yes, it might help more people find your posts and interact with them, but it depends on who follows you and what you're posting.

Hmm ok but how it might help people noticed your post in what ways? I know Twitter is a Must to use Hashtag. I remember Twitter work with hashtag more.

Twitter obviously still useful. Hashtag this time when I first came to know using it actually is from Twitter but later people show evidence hashtag also useful for Facebook but some claim now not say useful anymore. Thus I don't know.

It can be good or bad, hastag is a keyword that helps people find you more easily. But there are also articles where the opposite situation occurs and no one interacts with them.

But the post will not be display at the top? Because partly others post also will be there. So if the post have highest number of shares and likes will be display on the top under " a keyword " which people wanna search and happen to see your post at the top above other same niche post? If you know what i mean?

I don't find them to be very effective for anything but the system is there for them so I use them.
It can't hurt and SM networks are constantly changing features and the way the algorithm work. If they ever put a strong emphasis on tags in the future, I already have 1000s of posts uploaded.
This goes for all things. If there is ever a field you can fill out with optional information, fill it out. You never know when it might be helpful. 3 seconds of work now might save you hours of work in the future.
