Do you use exact match anchor text when internal linking?

What are your thoughts on internal linking anchor text?

Do you use a lot of exact match or do you tty to mix it up a lot similarly like sites may do with getting back links to make it look natural?

I don't often see exact matches in A tags correlate as an on-page factor.

I do often see that exact matches matter in heading tags.

Exact match in the title tag does not correlate very often.

But broad matches in the title tag do.

I guess that i do, but not purposely.

For example, if i write a page about hair spray, I call the page "hair spray", and the url automatically becomes mysite/hair-spray, and the name of the page in the menu automatically becomes "hair spray", so all internal links will be to the keyword hair spray.
 
The key is to make it look natural. Use variations of the anchortext as well as url versions.
 
I would normally go for several variations of the anchor text. Is better to always change and not to use the exact url text.
 
You can get away with more of it, but don't over-do it. Mix it up.
 
Looking at how Google interprets context I don't use exact anchors all the time but variations, and and like jiungapng stated, use it naturally. Better results and better experience for your visitors.
 
I tend to prefer being pretty natural with it.

Experiment and see what works best for you.
 
I do on navigation, but vary the anchor in links inside articles.
