How google recognize this? its like infinite articles cause it keep scrolling down.

The url changes, when you get down to the next article. Like this WP plugin for example: https://autoloadnextpost.com/ or this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/smart-scroll-posts/

yes, Is that count as internal link or else? I see that the next articles load the same topics as the previous articles, maybe this is good for mobile users since mobile can't show the widgets on left or right like desktop.

As it changes url, it counts as an user interaction, wether it shows as an internal link, I don´t know, maybe some other member could answer that question better.
