I want to buy an ebook reader but let's see what the forum members use.

You don´t have to. I´ve been using Caliber for years and it does the job. And, it does it better than many paid ebook readers out there.

I've been using a Kindle Paperwork for quite sometime now, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. I love paperback books as much as the next guy, but eBook readers are more convenient and way cheaper in the long run. On the other hand, reading books on your phone or computer can be both eye tiring and distracting, which is why I prefer having a separate eReader.

I use it to read books from many years.

I'm using my browser (opera) for years because it got all I want, I hate installing more apps on my pc and I don't use bookmarking features in readers. So this is the best option for me I believe

Exactly this.

I was forced to start using one when I found myself chucking out clothes to make room for books in the backpack. Didn’t want to give up on the paperback but a Kindle screen is nicer to read from than you’d think and the controls make is dead handy to use.

Only drawback is one click ordering on Amazon. That shit is dangerous.

Sumatra PDF. Simple, free, never disappoint me
