Hello, do you use AMP plugin on your site? Does it help it ranking? If yes which is a good amp plugin?

Nope, all my site are wordpress, we, the wordpress community is still hesitant to adopt amp which is essentially pushed by Google.

I would not say that AMP has helped me get higher rankings, but I have made sure that AMP is there in my all Wordpress sites. I see that the AMP versions of my pages get good amount of traffic. I never bothered to compare it with non-AMP pages though.

I use AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages By Ahmed Kaludi, Mohammed Kaludi. It is a good AMP plugin for Wordpress sites.

My advice for you is to go ahead and have AMP installed in your site. It never hurts, instead it will be beneficial in long run.

I understand it may give some ranking boost, but isn't Google sunsetting AMP? They are promoting Stories instead now.

Well, doesn't look like AMP is going to die soon. In fact after the first post in this thread I went to check the traffic of AMP compared with Non AMP in one of my high traffic site. I found that out of top 50 traffic pages in my website, 12 are AMP pages.

This is without me doing any special separate efforts other than installing AMP plugin.

This is good, isn't it?

Stopped using it last year, if not before that.

From the day new technologies permitted better loading speeds compared to AMP default (with much better functionality), AMP has been sentenced to dead.

I've tried AMP in a ton of my sites for a long while and I will never say, I had better results for this matter... what a waste of time.

prevent internet censorship on my country

maybe because of the cache by the google

still learning on how to set it up by myself

I haven't tried AMP still now, I'm okay with WP

I Think AMP reduced the number of ads visitors were served for mobile which is something like 88% of my traffic, I was having my best month and my first one with Adsense and earnings were abysmal
