Do you trust TrustPilot?

Nada!
They blackmail businesses, approve fake positive reviews, and delete true positive reviews just so you can subscribe to their paid plan to get negative reviews removed. Lol

It's not about business manipulating the reviews per se (businesses do manipulate reviews, not new). But the BS is horrendous on TP team side.
Unfortunately, this plan is already used by many people, in particular and companies

When you find some kind of service you're interested in, you probably would like to check reviews about it, right?
Is trustpilot the most popular reviews platform worldwide? Or where do you prefer to read reviews about the company/service?
Do you trust trustpilot?
Yes I trust, I think its a very good website if you have no idea about a new website. If I am gonna use some service for the first time i always check their reviews

I trust them to an extent. But I don’t like them. They’re like the PayPal of the reviews world.

It doesn't matter what we trust or not. It is what your customers care about.

Run a split test and see if there is a differency with and without trust badges and test different one. You will see increased purchase rate with trust badges and TP is just one of many.

I don't trust it as some providers are already providing fake reviews here.

No, trusting any review online is getting hard now. Someone always has a plan to do fake reviews. But I am seeing some changes now, as Trustpilot is deleting some reviews too if they find out the wrong one.
But still, I can't say it's trustable.
