I hardly trust anyone to do my job, most of the time I feel they will do a poorer version of my job. High quality workers are expensive.

Do you trust other people to do your job, outsource it and have more free time?

Think how much free time you'd have if you outsourced creating threads!
 
You can trust people to do your job but it depends, like you said that is expensive to get someone who will really do a perfect job for you and is true but is also good to try.
 
I outsource some work, but only to people I trust. It saves time, though finding reliable, high-quality workers isn't easy. :)
 
The repetitive part is outsourced, while strategy and quality assurance remain within the company. Good SOP and a test of only a few people will help you understand if they can meet the quality standards.
 
It depends on how big the project big like if I'm building a dev project with Python then I'd rather do it all myself then hire a more experienced dev to audit/edit, and honestly with anything that'll cost me more than $50.
 
It depends on whether I understand the project and which parts can be outsourced; after all, the most important thing in the early stages is to launch quickly for testing.

Trusting people ? Yes but trusting them with my job that's a different story :D
