Copyscape is the industry standard. Pretty much everyone uses it. Your results with 1text were probably a one-off fluke. And even if it happens that 1text starts to outperform Copyscape at some point, the latter has the resources and market coverage to completely knock it out of the park with their next update.
So, not counting some major change or cutting-edge software on 1text’s part, I would call CS both more reliable and the go-to tool for pretty much everyone in need of plagiarism checking.

Try this one ... siteliner - it also helps you to find duplicate content on your site

1text has a weird way of finding for plagiarism. I bet even articles on top sites like Forbes would return plagiarized. Go with Copyscape or Quetext.

I have made a test on 1text and it's complete BS tool.
How I tested?

1st test:
I used a real unique content, and only added above a duplicated title from a random site online.
The article was flagged only because of the duplicated Title I took from the article online.
It showed random words that are possibly duplicated from the same article I took the Title "will", "find" "that" as duplicated, which is very stupid. Not even full sentences.

2nd test:
I removed the duplicated title, and kept only the unique content. And now it shows 100% unique, without the possibly duplicated words as before.

Bottom line, it's impossible to trust such low quality tool.

I always use CopyScape, and it never disappoints me.

Cooyscape has been used since long time and is trusted.

I trust Copyscape But its expensive.

I got a report that there is no plagiarism on Copyscape but when I checked on 1text it said that text is 33% unique... :/

What are your thoughts on this? Which tool do you trust more?
