There’s always this discussion about traders preferring CEX over DEX but as for me, i have no issue trading on both. I know some traders only made trades on some of these DEXs while they were developing, i mean the testnet stage.

They would only make interactions to get airdrop tokens, then forget about the project after it launches. I saw this happened with Pancakeswap, some users who interacted in its testnet, didn’t trade on it after it launched.

Now, I heard another Dex project, KiloEX would launch on BSC very soon. The funny part is users who participated in its testnet have been discussing the potential listing price of its token, KILO because major exchanges like Bitget is said to list it soon. I know how much potential this project has which is why i would be considering buying the token early.

I’ve also been wondering why less traders prefer DEXs but i’m curious to know if you also trade on DEX.

I also do have no problems with the both, but the fact is that CEX provides more liquidity because of the large userbase

CEX such as Binance have higher trading volumes than DEXs, which means increased trading liquidity. If you want to catch early gems, then ofcourse DEXs are the way.

I'm comfortable using both CEXs and DEXs, though some traders prefer CEXs for liquidity and ease. It’s common to see users interact with DEX testnets only for potential airdrops, then move on after launch, like with PancakeSwap. I’ve noticed similar discussions around KiloEX on BSC, especially regarding its token, KILO, and its possible listing on Bitget. It highlights how speculation often follows testnet activity before projects fully establish themselves.1743270355955.png

I trust DEXs like Uniswap, Pancake Swap, Raydium and Aerodrome. But I wouldn't trust on random unknown DEXs
I also wouldn’t trade on a random DEX but i considered trading on KiloEx because it has a CEX backing. Also, Uniswap and Pancakeswap were once new in the market, so checking out a another new one might be worth it.

I trade on DEXs but always bridge profits to CEXs before things go south.

I trust DEXs more than CEXs, it’s the true from of decentralization. You just have to keep in mind that not everything available on a DEX is necessarily worth trading, and ofcourse making sure you’re on the correct URL.
