This shitty Chinese guy is trying to scam me of my $700 I sent to make this little plastic toy
They look legit being 12 years but I have been stringed along for weeks and now they say cannot do it so now I say refund Paypal and this guy says cannot because I made dispute and to cancel dispute so he can refund But Paypal says if I cancel I cnanot open again and again he delays me 2 days talking about refund on Alibaba.
i dont know what to do to escalate to Paypal decision or what as they actually said in dispute message OK they refund but they still are delaying me .
I feel they trying a scam
Also other companies keep asking me to send product picture to them for quote Do you actually trust this sending picture before getting any average quotes/ As I asked questions with good idea of product size but they just say send picture or 3d model?
