Do you think this site will sell on Flippa

Hello,

I am new to Site Flipping and have made a site to sell on Flippa. I am still working on it. But I need some suggestions before I sell on Flippa.

The site is: http://seotrafficoutsource.com

I know that Flippa charges $29 for listing a site for sale which is not refunded even if a site is not sold. I don't have that kind of money at the moment to lose. The site is very new and I have not yet made a sale. I just want to sell it for a low profit so that I can have some money to start other project.

I need some advice from you guys to help me here. Will this kind of site be bought at flippa?

Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.

I think you will be able to sell it but not sure..cause nowadays flippa seems like don't have enough buyers..:(
 
JMHO, the only way you sell this sort of site on Flippa is to lie, lie, lie. These sites are dime a dozen over there but if you post fake PP screenshots, fake traffic stats and break the 2 month revenue rule then you can sell it there for a bit of a profit.

Of course if you have any sort of ethics or morals against lying and cheating people then Flippa isn't the place to sell that website. There are at least 10 selling accounts that have no issue with blatantly robbing buyers with that sort of site and you'll be competing against those sellers.

Flippa tossed out the rule book a couple months ago and now allow sellers to make outrageous revenue and traffic claims without any proof or evidence required. If you study Flippa for any length of time you'll see sites that are only a few days to a week old claiming 300 visitors a day and made $1000+ the first week the site was running. No problem with these sorts of claims on Flippa today but again, you must lack character to sell this kind of site over there.
 
Dont sell it. Start selling services that you offer on site,..you can easy outsource all of your plans, for low bucks from microjob sites.
 
If you didn't have outsource in your domain? So you outsource seo services to people but bluntly tell them in your domain. The ideal situation is to have people think you are the service provider and do not outsource.

I wouldnt bother unless your extremely good at bull shitting and have revenue proof for the last 6 months.
 
Thanks for all the advice. Will work on it and start to sell service on my own. However, I would like to sell this one site. I need some cash right now. Is it possible to sell it anywhere for around $40 - $50??

It looks like quite a few people like this template and wow would you look at that; two WF members provided the same testimonial on all of them. I wonder where the template came from????

DP has a free listing for selling website. And there are many buyers also. You can try your luck there.
 
You could try DP. Doubt you'll get much but you might recoup some losses.
 
Why don't you work on it a bit, generate some revenue and then try to sell it. It will be worth your time.

No one will buy a site that's not making anything. Would you buy such a site if you had money?

As others have said, I would avoid selling your site on a site that charges $29 for a listing and has decided to let anyone sell sites there and make ludicrous claims while doing so. Your best bet would be to generate some revenue on the site, get some impressive stats to help you sell it and then try Digital Point or a similar site with free listings to try and make what you can from it. It can be a little bit down to luck what you get from DP, but better than selling on Flippa and making nothing at all.
