Do you think these are too much?

I'm planing to have [DFY Niche Theme In A Box Service] for internet marketers who create niche sites. I just want to have your opinion about my setup price along with my service. Belows are my plan:

Including in one package:
- Build unique custom Wordpress theme from scratch based on the niche (update to date code, html5/css3, resonsive/non-responsive, option panels ...)
- Logos
- Banners
- Manual Wordpress installation
- Initial plugins installation & configuation
- Paid plugins installation & configuration
- On-page SEO optimization
- Easy to rank / very low competitive Keywords
- Ads monetization & configuration
- Articles posting with proper images & videos optimization
- Lifetime theme update & support

I'd be charged $50/package. Do you think it's a proper price or it's too much? Cheers!

If you include all of that in your package and everything is quality work then it's worth more. I honestly think you're selling yourself short, but I'd have to see some work before I could give my real opinion.

I used to sale themes on ThemeForest but not succeed. The buyers were very boring; only 25 buyers, I received nearly 100 support tickets per day. They asked the very stupid questions such how to create logo or header, what is this and what is that again and again which were not relevance at all. I promptly answered with the links to their respective answers; they reported me that I'm not given support and banned me.

Therefore, This package for me is easier than the general at ThemeForest. Yes, that's right it depends on the quality and my quality is exactly good.

You should post (or PM if you want to keep it private) sample site(s). This would be able to give me a better idea of the work and work quality so I could give a fair price.

Did you also sell on codecanyon? If so, is the treatment there any different?

No, CodeCanyon & ThemeForest are Envato MarketPlace. Therefore, I was banned for all sites in Envato MarketPlace. Furthermore, they're customer based marketplace, so if more than 10 customers report you as a bad service, BOOM AWAY!

My previous themes are out dated because it was a long time ago. In addition, I've vanished them because of its very old code and want to start a new era.

I'm not yet creating some samples because I need to do some survey first before jumping into the water.

If I were you I would create different packages for different prices.. some very basic low price package, and some more expensive ones with more features.. then people can choose the cheap one or the high quality one.
