It's possible but it'll take forever to see any good results, depending on how your site performs and what CPM program you're on. I've seen some programs pay good money for CPM but if you never get clicks they downgrade you because they assume your traffic is no good. For example some of my AS sites that I don't promote or maintain will go a day or two without earning anything ($0 CPM and 0 clicks) but then on a day I get a click, the CPM will suddenly jump up, then back down the next day.
What I was trying to say is that basing a site only on CPM returns isn't worth the trouble. Your site would have to get like 10K hits per day to be worthwhile, and if you're getting that much traffic, you're getting at least 50 clicks a day, so you may as well aim for the clicks and not the CPM. I only use CPM programs to supplement sites I no longer promote/maintain or sites that underperform. I used to use it for brand new sites, while I got my clicks up, but the CPM program I use works best with a sliding banner ad, which kept repeat visitors down.
Yea you can make money the question is how much do you want to make. You should be more clear on whats the goal you are trying to achieve, hundreds, thousands , or even a few bucks.
well maybe i can drive a ptc traffic to the sites and run a few cpm campaigns and aim 20$ a day. is it possible? thanks
