I had written one article and I'm wondering, since english is not my first language, do I have enough skill to develop further, relearn grammar and write articles as part-time job.
I'm asking you.
Do I have it?
How much would I get for this particular article?
Here's my article:

thanksHow to be an effective team player
Team players are very important in every corporation. Although individuality does provide amount of flexibility
and new ideas it is team that transforms ideas into reality. The qualities of successful team player are not so
hard to attain. You just need to develop patience and understanding, qualities also important in real life.
So what do you have to do to be an effective team player?
Be reliable
Be someone who other members of the team can count on. It is not enough to do great work just
sometimes, you have to do it all the time. It comes with practice and experience. So do not hesitate
to learn even the most dull and simplistic stuff in work because it is all just a wall of knowledge
you are building for yourself and others.
Be an effective communicator
With different people that constitutes the members of the team it is very important that communication
is not clouded in any misunderstanding. That's way you need to express your ideas clearly, directly, honestly
and with respect for the others. Do not be shy to make a point but do it in a positive, confident and respectful manner.
Be flexible
In this crazy world of doing business you have to be flexible to encounter all situations calmly and reasonably.
Your team is depending on you. Consider different points of views, compromise for the benefit of the team,
and let go if team needs to move in new direction.
Be respectful and supportive
In some sort off way, when you're working in a team you have to be a gentleman, or lady if you are a woman.
Nobody wants to work with egoistic maniac who have nothing to show but his weaknesses. This is the game of
courtesy and professionalism. If some member of the team stumble on some task do not criticize and humiliate,
but show support and give a helping hand so he or she can learn better for the next time.
Remember, this is not about you, it's about whole team.
That were some of the most important qualities that you need to develop in order to become successful team player.
No man can do it alone, it is always the team behind him which does the work and assistance. Working
in a team is a great experience and learning process. You learn how to deal with people and what motivates them,
all things someone should know on the way of becoming team leader or manager.
