Do you take Omega 3 supplements? Read this!

It depends on the brand producing it and it’s quality. You can expect that from cheap options. Expensive and high quality should be safe.

I really heard a "smoking is good for you" news piece on the radio in the late '90s. The premise was that it provides some sort of shield for your immune system. That's when these 'latest study' things jumped the shark for me. Ignore them and use your own sense.

I rarely believe in any research, either positive or negative, as research is done just to satisfy each other ego. Some say the egg is good, and another comes and says, "no, it's bad, "and this continues forever. The best way to know what is good and bad is to try by yourself and let the body decide. Anyway, i don't mean to try drugs or some shit like this to check the body capacity.

Anyway, most of the research is funded by certain companies or industries to benefit them not us.
Well said!

Yes, omega-3 supplements are absolutely necessary for our modern diet, especially if you don't eat fish. Capsules don't have enough of it, though. You should take fish oil instead.

Why should you add omega-3 to your diet? Because most likely you have chronic inflammation from eating too much sugar, trans fats and junk food, and consequently your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is completely off balance. A healthy one should be around 2:1, but the average person nowadays has a ratio of about 16:1.

btw, even water can make you sick if you drink too much of it. ;)

Before 2020 wearing masks except for doctors was considered bad for lungs, post 2020 those articles disappeared and no I’m not joking, nor do I advise not wearing one, all I’m saying is our lungs are getting effected and in long run we will find out that and research will change again nt to wear mask s
Before 2020, staying at home all day = you are a disgusting antisocial introvert scum
Between 2020 and 2021, government/celebrities are both urging you stay at home because it's better for the society :)

Researches showing its bad for heart have been badly conducted. There are several articles about it.
Omega 3 are great for health in general, but they are expensive (if you buy the best and pure ones, not the cheap crappy ones)

The Mediterranean diet is known as one of the healthiest alongside vegan. It's probably safe to assume between the omega-3s in that diet and the amount of positive research into omega-3 supplements, they're probably more beneficial than harmful.

In case of heart, the effects are not immediate. Usually people know that they had heart condition after stroke/attack
