About 2 hours I popped my first 200mg of Modafinil and I still feel tired but it's like I am still motivated todo my work haha.
Does anyone here take it? Let me know what your experience with it is.

P.S. I'm not going on a marketing forum for medical advice, just want to hear like-minded people's experiences.

A bit when younger, didn't do much for me back then.

I eat Ritalin 10MG 2-3x a day when working now and it's fantastic. I have an official ADHD diagnosis.

Also curious about Welbutrin/Bupropion as a lower strength option.

I also have ADHD but am super scared about meds like Ritalin and Adderal. That's why I never really got into them. Would you recommend it?

It kills your sleep, so definitely your next day may suck after this.

Apart from that, I don't think things like that help. They are short term and generally help students with cramming.

If you aim for longevity and actual good sleep, magnesium citrate as a nootropic, vitamin d3 with k2 cause you may miss out on sunlight. Some caffeine and dark chocolate won't hurt.

I tried working on 10 mg ritalin once. My work didn't comply with what was said by the client and generally my judgment wasn't good.

This type of things make all our ego problems worse. You don't want ego problems in business.

It will do the same thing as coke. Stick to nootropics and minerals in higher doses plus bodybuilding training cause that's cool.

You can pop a 200 mg caffeine pill and it's not doing much.

Not trying to give you teachings but my experience with this is that you just want to be high with time. Not productive.

I don't have adhd diagnosed, but I behave like that. Probably it will help with that but I don't need that personally, so no for me.

I actually feel quiet tired while on it haha, but I think it may be due to a caffeine withdrawal effect.

But yeah I agree, I will only use it when I have a lot of work to get done. Or, for example, in my upcoming theory test.

I think you should take one pill every 3 days max. Best once every few weeks. You will maintain low tolerance and sanity that way. You don't want to get used to that. Use caffeine daily, of course - that's not a big problem.

take your iron supplement man. It might help you more than that medication

Depends on your deficiency. If you're not deficient, maybe it won't do much. But I'm sure magnesium is listed as a nootropic substance. It has the biggest impact on nervous system in humans.

It's a good idea to get checked for deficiencies by a professional.

Drink 4-5 coffee a day and you are good to go. Dont take things like that. The only good drug is caffeine for blackhat people.
Also sleep 8 hours every night at the same time and wake up in the same time 7days a week. Thank me later

Yeah, alcohol and weed are crap compared to caffeine. Both will kill your testosterone traits. Weed not that much, but still you will lose something. It's like cigs. Not a big deal when you start but it can turn into a daily habit.

I've been thinking about it to help me focus on exploiting my ethical hacking targets even harder lol

Caffeine literally doesn't work for me haha. I drink 5 cups a day just for the taste. One before bed and then easily fall asleep right after.

This, plus cold showers (or baths). Sounds like some guru bullshit but trust me, these really are a game-changer. Plus, once you learn about what cold water exposure does to your dopamine and how it all affects your motivation, focus, and energy levels, you'll understand WHY they work.

Modafinil is not motivation pill, it's placebo effect. Especialy you are expecting some energy boost.
In my experience, there are no supplements, drugs that help you with motivation.
The real issues:
-your body current condition, for example if you are fat, you don't even know what huge energy boost you get when you loose 20kg
-dopamine burnout, you are reading internet news, watching tv series, movies, reading social medias, playing games - this is the real reason of low motivation

Supplements can work, yes, but only if your body is in perfect condition and weight

MrSponge is ADHD, so that's not the same case.

Read his posts. He says he is calm after caffeine and modafinil. Non-adhd people are amplified on this.

Wait so you're saying me not being affected by caffeine is because of my ADHD? I never knew that's a thing.

I also have ADHD, Ritalin does not work for me but aderral worked wonders for me although I don't take any medications for it anymore.
What helps me is just eating proper food and staying physically active, going for walks, training daily even if sometimes you don't feel like it, tell yourself it'll be worth it.
Multi Vitamin, Tribulus and creatine are my go to.
If you have lack of motivation the thing that helped me is asking my self: "Why do I do this? Because it's HARD!"
Gotta make a switch. Pills aren't the solution for the long term.

If your ADHD is real, then stimulants basically should make you calm.

Non-adhd people feel like they just got ADHD when they take a stimulant - they want to run around and talk a lot.

Just googled this, feels like a lot of dots connected haha.
I wouldn't say caffeine makes me calm, but it doesn't make me energetic, to be honest I only drink it for the taste. The only effects I can feel when I have too much coffee are jitteriness and anxiety, when that happens I get tired which just defeats the purpose of drinking it in the first place.
