I'm sick due to allergies and transition from winter to summer, and I'm still doing research. I'm not coding heavily like I would normally do, but I'm still doing something, even when I'm sick.
Actually I'm becoming stronger as I'm doing more hardcore stuff like C++ instead of just node.js and bindings.
I have a bigger goal in mind. Well, thinking small was cool when I was 15. Not when I'm 25.
Having 7 years of on and off coding experience is probably enough to understand C++. Of course my experience is private, not commercial, but anyways, it's still experience.
I mean, if I can understand why my program sucks and give reasons why, then I can probably make a better program by putting in more dedication and time into it.
A key to do hard stuff is to not get too excited about it. It helps to maintain focus and absorb new information. Emotions make you tired.
