Any tool that analyzes our articles verifies the existence of some conditions such as the presence of the focus keyword in the title, in the meta description, at the beginning of the article, and so on.
There are some that I can't respect or do so I have to ruin the quality of my article: for example, insert the focus keyword on subheadings, or have a high density by repeating it many times in the article even if it's not necessary.
How do you behave? What are the fundamental rules and those that can possibly be ignored?
