Recently, I've heard conflicting views. Some claim that Facebook ads are still effective provided you know your targeting, while others claim that CPCs have increased dramatically. What recent experience have you had? Do you see greater results with Advantage+ campaigns or lookalike audiences?

Facebook ads still work if you target well, but CPCs are definitely higher. Advantage+ is great for scaling if you’ve got good data, but lookalikes give more control and precision. It depends on whether you're focused on volume or targeting.

Facebook ads can still be effective if you have a solid understanding of your target audience and can optimize your targeting accordingly. However, it is true that CPCs have been on the rise, which can impact the overall effectiveness of your campaigns. When it comes to choosing between Advantage+ campaigns and lookalike audiences, it really depends on your specific goals and target market. Advantage+ campaigns can be beneficial for reaching a wider audience, while lookalike audiences can help you target users who are similar to your existing customer base. I recommend testing both strategies to see which yields better results for your particular business.

Yes, I still see results on FB Ads for my partners, I'm helping them to set up ad campaigns, they have good results with their services, not ecommerce

Results vary a lot these days. Some campaigns work well with broad targeting, while others need more niche audiences. It really depends on your goals and budget.

CPCs are higher now, so experiment with small budgets first. Mix broad campaigns for exposure and narrow segments for conversions, then scale what performs best.

Advertising on FB still brings good results but requires creativity and good content to be competitive and not violate policies. You can optimize based on suggestions from FB because it is a summary of previous ads and algorithms.

Depends on the niche but yes, results are still promisin, especially for BH niches like gambling/crypto and such.

Lookalike audiences are less powerful than before. I now focus more on retargeting my site visitors.

Always believe that advertising is just an aid; having a good product is the most fundamental thing! You can do without advertising, but you cannot be without it.

In my actual experience, it is true that Cpc has increased compared to before, but it is still not within acceptable range, I prefer to use advantage+ ads, I have never tried lookalike audiences.

Yeah, still work, CPCs definitely went up, but if your targeting and creatives are strong, you can still get good results.

I’ve seen better performance lately with Advantage+ campaigns than traditional lookalikes. Lookalikes still work for retargeting or smaller niches, but for scale, Advantage+ seems to win.

Everything works fine as it always did. Of course, there were a little more locks in the fall, but it's not critical. Traffic is paying off, cpm has not grown much.

Yeah, FB ads still work just pricier now. Advantage is solid for broad targeting, but good creatives still win the game ;)

facebook ads can still work really well if your targeting and creatives are solid. cpcs are higher now, but advantage+ campaigns usually perform better overall, while lookalikes still do great when you have got good first party data

It really comes down to your niche, but for certain areas like crypto or adult, Facebook ads can still work well. As long as you're dialing in your targeting, it's definitely possible to see results even with higher CPCs

People are still spending thousands on Facebook ads, if it didn’t work, they wouldn’t be doing it.

first reduce budget for now, everything will be fine again in the near future, maybe about 1 week, maintain advertising
