There are some sellers who sell seo as packages. Like mix of edu, forum and pbn links. Does such packages still work? Or we need dedicated links like guest posts on authority websites.
Do you still buy backlinks packages?

I have applied for many review copies that offer such links and the problem is with indexing these links. They Do help but in a long run. I use them for my personal website that I am using as an experiment. And These are not the only links that I have bought but they did boost my rankings for home page keywords.

In the marketplace it's common for sellers to provide a review copy or example of their work if asked. Same with sellers providing free trials/samples for other services over there.

How did you solve the problem of indexing the links ? If the links did not got indexed, how did they boost your rankings ?

So for before purchasing ang backlinks plan, Should we ask for indexing ratio, average time of indexing of backlinks before purchasing?
Most of the servicer providers give generic answer that it will take time and like that so what should be the solution?
