Do you spend more time on youtube compared to Instagram ?

I rarely use youtube nowadays, maybe for some trailors or music videos, otherwise i scroll insta in my free time
 
I spend my time really on content, and I upload to both and more.

YouTube is my primary source of entertainment. Interestingly, I get more educated than entertained from the platform. I rarely watch movies so YouTube is what i watch. It's only recently that I started using and enjoying a bit of tiktok.

As for Instagram, sometimes I forget that I have the app installed.
 
Personally, I spend more time on YouTube because it helps me learn a huge amount of technical knowledge and SEO. Additionally, this platform also entertains me with TV series. As for Instagram honestly sometimes I forget I've installed it. In my free time, I tend to browse TikTok and shop there.
 
I don’t spend any time on IG

Maybe YouTube vs TikTok would be a much better comparison : )
 
I think it depends on ppl . I choose YouTube when I want to learn something or go deep to attention (work or study something like that), Instagram when I just want quick entertainment and scroll reels.
 
YouTube holds attention way longer with long-form + Shorts.
Instagram is more quick scrolling, less total watch time.
 
For me, Instagram is more of an impulsive entertainment. Youtube is my choice, as it allows for an easy search feature, and I get easy access to educational content which helps towards my research for various internet marketing stuffs.
 
If I were to compare YouTube and Instagram, I spend more time on YouTube because I often listen to music, watch movies for entertainment and learn new things on this platform. As for Instagram sometimes I don't even remember that I have it installed on my phone because besides YouTube, I find Facebook and TikTok much more interesting.
 
I use most of my time for entertainment and learning on YouTube, while I just use Instagram to watch friends's live. Generally, I like watching long videos and content of Youtuve more than on Instagram
 
ig is only for short time entertain, when i need to stay focus for a while, watching yt is better and and cost many time on youtube everyday
 
Personally, I think IG is better for getting people to discover you, while Youtube is more for authority/awareness/conversions.

I focus on making good content and then share it on both platforms actually
