I've been a smoker for 17 years, my last cig was 10 years ago and I can't say I miss smoking.
But the downsize was that I gained a lot of weight which at times I think that is even worse than smoking.
So basically you need to go the full Monty when you quit smoking which means exercise and healthy eating or else your just choosing your death if by smoking or by obesity.

Unfortunately yes. It's been 7 years now... I know it's bad, but it's hard to quit. Who knows the real way to quit smoking easily?

You shouldn't look it that way... There are many people who die at young age because of heavy smoking or heavy drinking, if you see more people who don't smoke or don't drink live longer than people who smoke or drink.

No. I don’t. I hate cigarettes. BUT - if I drink alcohol I will smoke a whole pack. I just can’t drink alcohol and not smoke a cig. That’s part of why I also quit drinking.
