Yep, about a pack a day. Gets the edge off a stressful day. I am completely aware of the health effects of smoking but just can't get myself to stop. Not even lack of effort just the addiction is too strong. And when I get myself to stop for a while I get out with my friends and it just starts again.

yes its gun i smoke 2 packs of cigarettes i want to quit but i can't

Used to smoke 40-60 a day. Been off cigarettes for the 8th year now I think + -

I don't judge but personally I am better off now than before, brain works faster, less stress, deep sleep, good appetite and amazing stamina. I also completely stopped caffeine and milk, which is making me 2x more productive

I've smoked cigarettes for two years, but then I switched on cbd. I like it more.

Do you smoke cigarettes?
Incomplete question. Tobacco cigarettes or what cigarettes or any cigarettes ?
Why it matters ? Because it is a binary question (Yes or No : one of the two).
In internet marketing the most critical aspect is not to assume anything. Anyways, each one to their own. All the best to everyone.

Sick. Stop wasting your life on toxic stuff. I ditched alcohol and caffeine lately. Made me crazy focused.

I smoked cigs every 2 weeks or so on parties, but that was only because I was high.

Tried with vape and it made things worse as you stop having to worry about the smell so I decided to quit both.

I feel a lot better now, if you're not a smoker or smoke only in special events don't try to vape it will make things worse just quit cold turkey

I started smoking when I was 16, I had tried many times before but I was addicted to it by I was 16. I had a hardcore habit up until 7 weeks ago. I am 35 now, so I smoked for 19 years. I was finally able to stop, but it took me a while to get here.

Tobacco is evil. It is more addictive than cocaine, weed, alcohol or anything else other than opiates. Once you get used to smoking, it is not only a psychological addiction but a physical one. Your body will ask for the fucking cigarette and it will put you through shit if you don't get one.

For anyone trying to stop, you have to want to stop. It is very hard to do, but 100% possible. For me personally, I did it with snus + nicotine lozenges. I still take 2 - 3 lozenges everyday. I am not completely nicotine free but I am not going to smoke another cigarette in this lifetime. I also quit drinking, all of this crap is just terrible because it snowballs. Alcohol is also a trigger for smoking, it makes cigarettes 10x better.

Tobacco is normalized, it isn't considered a drug, it is legal everywhere. However, it is as much of a drug as anything else. The addictive properties of nicotine will make you a slave. You will fuck up your lungs and at the very least have lower quality of life. Don't do it, and if you are hooked, prepare yourself mentally and stop smoking as soon as you can! Good luck.

Better spend some money on electronics and stuff you can utilize.

If you save $10 everyday on drugs, you get $3650 per year.

You have a new rig doing nothing.

That's just a little benefit. Rewards are far greater than that.

In particular, mental well being is improved tenfold.

Not speaking of cigarettes specifically, but alcohol, caffeine and tobacco - legal drugs.

I never Smoked Cigs
But i Occasionally Smoke Flavoured Sheesh- Hookah.

But Ciggerate had become an old thing.

Current trend is Flavoured VAPE, which is even more Toxic

I used to smoke 15-20 cigarettes/day, I am vaping now, don't smoke anymore.
