Not much experience with craigslist.

It seems most posters in Craigslist choose line "it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests".

If you want to do business with them, can you send email (manually - but not opt-in list) to them If you want to propose some advanced service?

What's your strategy?

Thanks

Yeah, but is getting harder to inbox the emails correctly, because most of the posters use the "craigslist personalized address" option, everything you send them has to go through a filter.

Yeah that's tough business. Plus is a slippery slope and CL seems to get pretty bent out of shape when it comes to spam email.

blackhatworld has deleted the craigslist section. although people may choose to pay the $97 membership for VIP, i feel that another forum that is less censored may take over in the near future to become the primary craigslist info source

yeah i can do them manually and we have a team and how much u would like to pay for that

I originally thought to use my business domain email address to send email to them. Now I guess I shouldn't go this route. Don't want to get into spam, then result in my server and whole domain damaged.

Thanks for sharing your thought.

Have you tried an auto-reply e-mail that will send out your website/ad via e-mail when they send you an inquiry via CL?

I don't think you are supposed to discuss craigs outside of VIP anymore. Just a heads up, hate to see anyone catch a ban over it...

You will probably run into more trouble than it's worth. Best to have people contact YOU.

Yes, we can do all procedure manually and we have a big team.
