Do you send CPL/CPA leads from seo traffic?

I see a lot of talk about traffic quality and traffic sources. I’ve also seen lots of offers refusing seo traffic.

I mainly work with Wordpress blogs that rank for tons of low competition keywords. Is this a viable source of traffic for cpa/cpl or is there a better way to monetize this traffic? Please don’t say Adsense and Amazon
