Do you see CPC before starting a Facebook Campaign?

I have a idea for Facebook and want to test a little money, like $100 but I'm wondering does Facebook give you an idea of what your CPC will be before you start the campaign? Also is there any way to get discounts on Facebook ads like those Google Adwords vouchers?

Facebook will set the amount per click on your ads but Facebook will set the appropriate amount per click on your campaign. The more specific your target is, the higher the cost per click you'll pay.

Oh, so if I were to target only 2 thing such as "people who liked this page" and picked 4 or 5 of those pages and set a certain age to target, do you think that would be high cpc?

It depends on your setup dude.

I strongly advice you to take a look at the media buying section.
Wasted has put very nice info about FB media buying.
Also go to fiverr and look for "fb ads coupon"

FB gives you a suggested bid and you can buy 50$ Coupons off Fiverr to try your luck.
