Most of us pretty young adults and probably aren't thinking about retirement or purchasing a house. I'm curious how many people here save money. Do you spent all your money? Do you save a % of it for cool toys and gadgets? Do you put all of it back into BH methods?

Personally I've been saving 99% of my month to buy a new car in september. I've spent less that $150 per month since last summer mostly on a bus pass to university. It's hard not to buy things but I hope it will be worth it in the end.:)

Hmm well right now im just trying to get enough money to pay for all my bills and then ill be saving for stuff such as a car and new apartment where i wanna move. Im sure once i start making more tho a lot of my money will also be re-invested.

Most of the time I save very little besides from what I know my bills are. Its time to move though so I am saving like 90% right now. My girl and I move to a new state every 8 months to a year, love it.

Not saving as much as I should be. Putting in the max match + a couple % in the wifes 401k and about 5% in other places. The rest is going to get rid of our CC debts.

No doubt, The saving is a good habit but it is all about willpower of less or no spending. After that, you can enjoy anything. I highly appreciate.

I am trying to save at least 10% of my money for a "Black day" and also I am trying to save another part of my money for something I want to buy.

i would rather invest all of my savings, although having a little savings is good but def not more than 5-10k

I'm 21, no college education, self employed online, and i try to save every penny.

You wouldn't not save in a video game so why wouldn't you not save in real life?

Earn more + Save more = Path to financial freedom!

I've been buying bullion for the last 18 years. I assign around 20% of my income to buying bullion that's my pension. I buy every month and it sits in a safe. I can't spend it or withdraw it that easily so removes the temptation.

The other 30% goes into a split ISA for my kids.

Right now I make about $6,500/month after taxes with my online income and my full time job.

I spend $300 a month (living with my parents). Most of that $300 is on gas, eating out 1-2 times a week, and my car payment.

I spend another $200 for the hosting for my site and PBN.

The other $6,000 is to pay off my student loans. Those banks are animals and I need to get them off my back.

After I finish paying off my loans (9-12 months). I'm going to move out and try to live on 20%-30% of my income and throw the rest in investments (Stocks, Real Estate, Mutual funds).

I'm 21 right now and I'm trying to retire at 35-40 so I need to constantly be investing and increasing my income.

Trying to get my online passive income to at least $5,000/month so I can quit my full time job and focus on making money online and real estate investing. Wish me luck fellas!
