Do you retweet same stuffs?

for an example, you tweet a page from a site

after few days , weeks u retweet again the same page

if i remember correct, twitter is against duplicate posting.
that's why in third-party posting services you can't reschedule twitter posts.

but if you will post the same link with different description/hashtags (spintax) that might be ok.
