No. In my opinion reporter, writer and editor recently target viral article and drama to drive website traffic.

But i watch newsfeed from socmed to knowing what a trend.

Yes and no. For me, there's value in watching the trends.

So yes, in the sense that I do watch the overall trends. No, in the sense that I don't care to follow the daily pseudo-drama and I certainly don't watch tv news (well, tv in general).
