Do you prefer short or detailed Reddit posts?

Sometimes a simple question gets better discussion, than a huge wall of text.
What kind of posts do you personally prefer reading and responding to?

I personally prefer short and to-the-point Reddit posts. They are easier to read and usually encourage more people to join the discussion.
 
It depends on the subreddit but I prefer to keep it short. That way people can discuss/ask questions in the comments and boost engagement.
 
I usually prefer short focused posts. But when a topic needs more context detailed posts are helpful too as long as they stay clear & relevant

I'm definitely one of those who do not like to rush since you'll be saving all that extra effort through getting the first 20 topic right. GSC data tells you which is being pushed.
 
I usually prefer short, concise posts that provide all the essential information. Lengthy, overly detailed posts can be time-consuming to read from start to finish.
 
I prefer detailed posts when the topic needs more explanation, but short posts work better for simple questions. It depends on the topic and audience.
 
I prefer posts that get straight, to the point. Short posts are what I like best.. When a topic needs more context detailed ones work well. Detailed ones give the explanation that short posts do not.
 
Short posts usually catch my attention more, especially when the question is interesting and specific.
 
Shorter posts get better engagment, since people don’t like reading thought huge paragraphs of text. Though it can help to end the post with a tldr if it’s too long.
 
It really depends on the subreddit and topic for me. If I'm browsing for quick news or memes, short posts are great. But if it's a case study, troubleshooting guide, or strategy discussion, I prefer detailed posts with clear formatting and TL;DR at the top. A wall of text without formatting can be exhausting to read.
 
From my pov i prefer short simple posts with a clear question because as they are easier to read and usually lead to better discussions.
