Do you pay for web hosting using crypto?

With the increasing popularity of crypto, we can pay for hosting in crypto. It is a very good option for me as it helps me but anonymously. Do you also buy hosting with crypto because of some specific reason?

I don't understand crypto well enough to trust it. And it's more expensive than money anyway
 
No, much easier and convenient with CC or PayPal if I need to do a chargeback.

With hosting services, this issue of chargeback is very negligible. Most of the time we buy from already reputed names.

Yes, but I like to try new hosting companies all time just for fun, so for me crypto is out.
 
No because normally web hosting is on a rolling monthly basis and it'd hard to debit crypto . Once a card is loaded the hosting company can debit it each month easily and you don't have to worth about your hosting going down etc
 
I pay for hosting 1 year in advance through PP or bank account.

Crypto to me is more of an investment than a form of payment. Even though it would behoove me for certain crypto to become an accepted payment.
 
yes Cryto is best way to pay and there are lot company who do accept it willingly
 
Crypto is a great way for clients who wanna keep their real identity anonymous, so its also a good option for offshore hosts that do provide offshore hosting services as mostly clients demand anonymity, so yes crypto is expanding and many hosts that do require KYC are also accepting crypto specially BTC as a payment method now.

This is the reason why 50 % total cases of crypto payments are made to buy hosting.
 
No I don't use crypto to pay for hosting. I use normal credit card. No need so far for anonymous hosting.

But no, it is not as anonymous as you think, there is still alot of tracks you need to consider and cover.
Just buying crypto and paying for it will still expose who you are, just a tad harder than paying with CC/PP
 
For churn & burn intended websites, I use Namecheap and always pay (Namecheap) using crypto.
 
Well, I have some money in crypto and yea, I just use crypto because most people accept it for other things so i use it for everything.
But no specific reason.

I think adaption of crypto is increasing day by day, Hosting companies are accepting cryptos along with conventional payment options.
Reasons are many. For me Most of the conventional payment gateways dont allow high risk businesses to accept credit cards, The only option left is crypto, Fees are very minimal when you are using crypto to pay, because there is no third party involve in the payments.
