Do you outsource your bookkeeping tasks to your VA?

After I started doing offline business; I realized that the amount of work is just too much for me to handle everything myself;
From sales to seo to management etc. I think its time for me to outsource some of the work.

Something I hate doing is bookkeeping. its too much for me to hire locally for a part-time bookkeeper;
so I was looking to outsource them online to a VA on odesk etc.

Any inputs on this? Please advise. Thanks

My advice is:
hire someone close to you (sister, brother, friend, gf, coworker) or whatever. I found out those are in between VA or a stranger.

never, ever, ever trust someone you dont know and trust with your accounts..period!
