Do you outsource certain tasks when doing media buying?

Anyone here doing media buying such as Facebook ads, Tiktok ads, native, mobile, etc, do you outsource certain tasks because they are repetitive and tedious?

What do you outsource and what do you do yourself?
Where is the best place to find outsourcing workers that do good work? I keep hearing about Philippines is the best country, really?
I know Upwork, fiverr, freelancer. Any other good sites to find good workers?

As leaders, we need to create demand, address supply and demand issues, and find new revenue models. Technology should be managed by professionals. Excellent freelancers are not restricted by countries or platforms; it's up to us to make the right decisions

We sub out all our creatives to freelancers. If you decide to hire someone online, imagine it as if you were actually hiring someone in real life. Make sure they're actually qualified for the position or task. I've personally noticed a lot of online freelancers with no experience in a certain field (maybe they dabbled in it once or twice) acting as if they have decades of experience because there's money involved. This is more likely to happen if you're looking to get more specialized work done. That being said, most VAs are great and genuinely try their absolute best to make sure you have a good experience so you’ll hire them again.
