Do you noindex Privacy and TOS pages? Why and why not?

I only index what I want google to find/rank. The rest is just wasted in my opinion.

Shouldn't you index it for EAT and YMYL or is that just the about page?

If you can stuffs keywords on those pages, you should index them. Otherwise, don't.
