I've been diggin around a lot of threads and have checked out a number of apps both free and paid, and in general, it appears there is a general lack of need for proxies with twitter when compared to facebook.

So my general question to you experts is: Can I run 40ish twitter accounts without using proxies?

According to twitter it is allowed to you to create a maximum of 10 acconts per IP.

You could create 40 accounts without using proxies, but if only one of them gets banned you run into danger that the other 39 accounts will be banned as well... and all your work on these accounts will be gone..

exactly.. I am agree with u,.. But i suggest u to create max 3 accnts from IP. Then accnts should be last long.
Thanks

I just use free proxies I don't really care if they're banned because I'm not using them to build followers.

but can you MANAGE the accounts from the same IP?

I don't mind creating 3-10 accounts and renewing my IP. The problem is that I dont want to start using proxies to manage all of the, (Tweetadder 2010)

it depends on how important these accounts are to you. If you dont want to lose them I wouldnt hesitate to use proxies.

Yes, they are important. Any recommendation from where to get good proxies?

If you reset you're router every couple of days or every 10 accounts and have a Dynamic IP (so you're allocated a new one each time you reboot your router), is this enough to stay off Twitters radar?

The problem with that is that, if you have several accounts running at the same time (like on Tweetadder or any other multi-account software), all your accounts are gonna be using the same IP at the same time. So, when you refresh them, the problem is gonna be the same.

Let me get this straight.
When creating twitter accounts new proxies should be used right?
BUT do we need to use the proxies just editing the profile, change photos, bg, url etc?

You can create up to 10 accounts per IP address, however I stick with 5 accounts per IP. I utilize 5 private proxies and have created 5 accounts for each one of these proxies.

I always log in and update via the proxy (IP) I used to create the accounts with.

Also, be aware that your tweets need to human-like tweets and not anything that resembles coming from a bot or Twitter will ban the account.

So, you haven't have any problem (accounts getting banned) when using 5 of them, at the same time, from 1 IP (proxy)?

Thats is great info!!

If you create more than 10 account per Ip you will get banned as per my experience dude...

I got banned from twitter after making 10 accounts.........my guess is ten is the limit per IP.
