Yes and yes.
Especially when I travel about 5km away from home and go work outside.

I think the havk is that you are no longer in your usual place conditioned for work or same routine. So you take things easier and problems aren't really problems anymore when you outside enjoying your solitude and peace, better for me when done alone.

Walking at the park and city center, my favorites.

It will surely work if you have an observing mind. If you have a closed mind, you will not understand the importance of idea even if it is right before you served on a plate.

‘After only 20 minutes of walking, people produce more ideas than those who sit still’

Besides SHOWER, I found, walking is the best option to get genius ideas.

Do you believe the same? Did you experience it in your life?
Yep, just back from a quick walk around the neighbourhood

Try to not take shower for weeks and then take a shower.

You'll get 66 ideas all of a sudden.

But you need to get that persistence in not taking a shower.

Or don't leave house for 5 months and suddenly go to a gym and lift heavy thing 5 times.

Boom, you're in euphoric state of mind.

Don't eat for 3 days. Hell yeah, that's gonna blow your mind if you eat that damn pizza.

Talk to your favorite people that make you feel excited and loved. That's gonna give you children at one point. Even better than ideas. Cause a little person will give you more ideas than you would give yourself.

Delayed gratification, that's what they call it.

I started questioning SEO in black hat form today and disassembling it after doing all of the above at the same day.

10 pages of content that I can put in front of people.

But first I'll need to test my 55 hypothesis and anti-crowd thoughts (out of the box).

walking, sleeping, while speeaking with someone else, I used to have a notebook and a pen to write the idea, now with cellphones is easier righ but now I can't give it too much tme to thing usually I'm in a schedule so every second matters

Walking 20min is a joke. You should walk for 2 hours, but yes it's probably the best place to get an idea, even if you're not alone or with earbuds.

Many ideas came my way just by walk or run, but I suggest you to walk for hours, especially if you don't train anything. Then you have time. It is actually the best practice you can give to your body. Another cool thing, you'll feel drugged after some hours or when back home, like you smoked a huge pot.

We are designed to walk, even top level boxers like Usyk must walk a lot during training camp. It's a base for everything, including ideas.

Agreed. Instead I go to GYM for new ideas. No music, no gym-buddy. Just with my own thoughts.

I get more ideas while taking a dump. Sometimes I end up spending 30 minutes on the pot brainstorming ideas lol

The topic touched upon by the author is definitely a fact. Many times I thought through the whole process in detail while in motion. I think this is explained by physiology, the rush of blood

Exactly.... It reminds me of a time I was walking in circles for half an hour or less while brainstorming ideas in my head. It worked pretty good now that I think of it again.

I'm not sure to realize in such a way, But an hour of walking gives me a feeling of relaxation. and helps me to do my regular work more confidently.

Most of my new things happen in this period. So I love to happily do this every day of still now.

For me, walking, working out and sh*tting time gives me ideas. Esp when it comes to problem solving.
I could spend an hour thinking how to solve a certain problem on a project, then suddenly I get the idea when sh*tting. happened quite some times
Its like the time for relaxing the mind and it finds the solution itself.

Absolutely! Walking gets your blood flowing and can help clear your mind, making it easier to come up with creative ideas. Many people, including famous thinkers like Steve Jobs, swore by walking meetings for brainstorming. Personally, I've found that a good walk often leads to some of my best ideas. It's a great way to break out of a mental rut and see things from a new perspective. Have you tried walking in different environments, like parks or city streets? Sometimes a change of scenery can spark even more creativity!
