Awesome ideas, I know you said you are not looking for any more suggestions but I reckon I have a good one:

Twitter account creator with ability to bulk import details like username (screen name), full name, description and other to create a legit looking account.

I know Twitter needs phone verification but I found a service that runs phone verification. Not sure if I am allowed to post links here so I will keep it to myself, if anyone wants to know what it is please send a PM and I will forward it to you.

It also has an API so it will make development quite simple. Only catch is you have to pay a small fee, all are under 0.5$ a pop while most are around 0.1$. Twitter in particular is $0.4.

Another catch is that they are Russian numbers, but I have been using them for a while and no problem so far.

Not possible. Instagram signup only possible with app. you can't sign up just from windows browser, he already said that
