Do you need a proxy if you have a Dynamic IP?

If you want to run multiple accounts simultaneously, then yes. Cause no matter if you have a static/dynamic IP, you can only have 1 IP at a time.

I would still use proxies. This way you can set a proxy to a set of accounts. Otherwise you get random ip address all in the same c block all from the same location. Also as stated above, you can only use one of your ips at a time.
Log in the account do my work, log out, reset internet do another account isn't it viable for one at a time at least?
Instead of my internet how about hidemyass? From different countries.

Hidemyass is full of already abused ip addresses. I would recommend port scanning to get proxies. Or just purchase some.

I mean that's viable. But it would take a lot longer to process your work compared to doing all the work at the same time. We live in an age of automation, so while it could work out, does not necessarily mean it's the best way to do things imo.
Hidemyass proxies are complete garbage. Detected as proxy, super slow, unreliable and overall not a good idea.

Anything blackhat you can't do withourt proxy
Surely you can run multiple reddit accounts for example with only just a Dynamic IP no? Can't see how they would spot you especially if most of them are posting in different subreddits.

Instead, buy the proxy service from the provider that works for such a purpose.

theres other identifiers aside from IP as well but if you want to be using multiple accounts, you wanna get a proxy
