Do you monetize YouTube live fake views?

Right now I'm using panels that provide about 300 - 1000 live views for about 2 hours and it costs around $15 normally. Do you also monetize your live streams like this or do you think it is too risky?

Also, does anyone know of any panels that give lower amounts of concurrent viewers? 300 - 1000 is a bit overkill.
