So would you boost, wait till the order is done, and then monetize? That's what I have been doing before but most of my organic traffic watches within the first 24 hours while the fake views are landing as well.
I always wait until my fake views have been delivered before turning on monetization. I mostly rank videos that are also monetized with affiliate links so the organic traffic received while monetization is off, can still earn me some money. I'd recommend that you don't leave monetization on for the fake views as it's better to be safe then risk your channel for just a few extra dollars. If the views are being sold as safe to monetize then you shouldn't have any problems but every blackhat action is a risk and it's your job to choose whether to mitigate that risk and lower the reward, or go for the full reward and take the risk.
