Generally no. Nobody can know for sure the extent Google goes to to discover PBNs, could just be another potential footprint, even if you were accessing them on separate proxys/VPNS

What for? Waste of time and possible footprint left. There's absolutely no benefit to gain out of adding your PBNs to GWT.

I wouildnt make GWT accounts - it is a big footprint, ip etc.
